| It is reported that European Industrial Fasteners Institute is planning to submit an application to European Commission to initiate anti dumping investigation on China origin carbon steel fasteners. EU is likely to accept the application and place a case on file for this investigation in September.
If accepted, it will be the second AD investigation on China origin fasteners as EU levied AD duty on stainless steel fasteners from China in 2005.
The European Industrial Fasteners Institute represents producers of bolts, nuts, screws, rivets and other industrial fasteners of both ferrous and non ferrous metals in EU countries. |
